A Gator Christmas Story

Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the house

Not a creature was stirring, no even…..

Okay so…. Miss Gator is stirring…. in fact, I’m wide awake and would like to wish all my wonderful Gator Bride readers a very Merry Christmas. :-)

Today, Mr. Knight, Gator Mom, Gator Dad, and I went to ICE! in Orlando at Gaylord Palms. If you have not heard of this, or have not visited ICE! before, YOU MUST GO! It is basically a complete convention center frozen to about 9 degrees and filled with beautiful ice sculptures…. including a Nativity scene made completely out of ice, how cool is that?

Mr. Knight and I smiling for the camera in one of the ice tunnels in the convention center. Poor Mr. Knight didn’t have any gloves, his little fingers were just about frozen off by the time we got out!

Oh yeah, and did I mention there was an ice slide there? You bet your butt, my little Gator butt went on that slide. It was a very cold experience for sure, but fun!

The ice Nativity scene was absolutely beautiful!

    “How cool is that?”. I’m not sure “cool” is really the word to use here… It was like being inside a kitchen freezer. You know when you wake up in the middle of the night sometimes and your hands are completely dead from accidentally laying on them for hours? Well, my fingers were more numb than that. Yeah… Really freakin’ cool… But… otherwise, a really awesome time!! Love you!!

    brrrrr!!!!! Jeez, it sure looks cold! Great pics :-) It was great seeing you this weekend and I hope that you had a great Christmas with your family!
