Taking a trip down memory lane today as we prep to capture a wedding at the Treasury on the Plaza this weekend! Man, I sure love our couples. Looking back at these amazing moments was the perfect way to end this crazy week filled with two sick kiddos. I’m SOOO ready to spend 8-10 hours smiling, laughing and crying with our couple! I’ll probably be the only one crying, as usual. LOL
“I used to pray a lot about my future wife. Not just when I was in high school or college, but even when I was little boy… you were the person I was praying for. I have no doubt in my mind I was thinking of you for all of those years though I’d never seen your face.” – Ben
STOPPPP ITTT! Cue alllll the ugly cries!
Ben and Samantha’s story is so deeply rooted in St. Augustine. This is the city where they met, where they dated, where they fell in love, where he proposed… and finally, where they were married. We have a new found love for St. Augustine, after seeing it through Ben and Samantha’s eyes. AND morning weddings got me all in a tizzy y’all. Watching this sleepy city wake up with that beautiful morning light.
Ben and Samantha, we hope you both enjoy – you two have my heart for reals. So much love.

As Kyle and I drove away from Rob and Leslie’s wedding, the one word that came to mind was “authentic.” Every moment felt so true and honest… they planned their wedding like one big party and sprinkled in all these beautiful, intentional (and hilarious) moments. From Rob walking down the aisle to Montell Jordan’s “This is how we do it,” to a giant T-Rex crashing their reception. There was a surprise around each corner for their guests.
Congratulations you two! We hope you enjoy this preview of your day! Sending you both so much love.
