Happy Lover’s Day ♥

Not only are Mr. Knight and I celebrating National Lover’s Day (as I’d like to call it), but we are also celebrating 2 years of being engaged. Two years ago today, Mr. Knight proposed (what a sweet-face!).

This Valentine’s Day, Mr. Knight gifted  his sweet lover (that would be me!) with a brand new range!! Yes… I know. For some, this is not very exciting. For me, it is the best Lover’s Day gift! He also baked me some sweet cinnamon rolls in our new convection oven (he felt I needed some sugar to keep me working on the ‘Great Laundry Room’ makeover, stay tuned for the results!).

Goodbye 80s range, Hello new stainless steel convection perfection! {What is that you spotted on top of our new range? That would be the amazing cinammon rolls Mr. Knight made! Yums}

I love you Darling. Happy Valentine’s Day!
{umm… how cool are we in Ben Hill Griffin Stadium?}

With that, I will leave you, this beautiful Sunday, with a lovely song (I love it so much, that I often go to the Starks Photography website, just to listen to it… maybe it’s about time that I purchase it on iTunes…hmm).

    That’s an awesome gift!!! Happy Anniversary! I too am trying to convince Stephan that the laundry room also needs to be painted and made pretty. I told him to blame Young House Love…

    I’d say its kinda more of a joint “Lover’s Day” gift since you love how it looks (so do I, of course) and I love how it cooks. But, yeah… dang… everything we’ve made since getting that range has been way better than anything I’ve ever made. Cinnamon buns, Pillsbury crescent roles, sauteed green beans, filet minon, Digiorno’s Supreme Pizza, pan-fried chicken, mmmm… all so good.

    Cool song, though, I guess we oughta add that to our playlist for playing during dinner or something.

    I was so “fun” making-over the laundry room today… We should do it all the time… Haha, seriously though, it looks so much better. :-D

    I love you sweety—I can’t believe it’s been two years that we’ve been engaged. And now there’s only 3 months until our wedding. Almost there!!

    And now today is exactly 3 months till our Wedding. Hooray!!!

    @Emily: Yes… I blame Young House Love for all the decorating and DIY-ing I want to do around the house. But, love it. The Laundry room took two days, but was sooo worth it. The room was pretty disgusting before… and when I say disgusting, I mean… the walls and baseboards were incredibly dirty, the cabinets has stuff left in them from the previous owner, and the light fixure was broken (thus, broken glass was hidden in the corners of the room… of which my poor little Mr. Knight cut himself on).

    Now… it is beautiful! I’m even thinking of adding a cute little framed picture over the washer.. there is a perfect spot for it (once again… heavily influenced by Young House Love!)

    Yeah… now I have two band-aids on one hand. (1) the aforementioned broken glass from the laundry room and (2) today I somehow managed to get a 3-for-1 in the coke machine at work but had to quick extract the bottles of deliciousness before the machine got jammed. Apparently Coca-Cola guys know about this flaw but are incapable of preventing it… so they chose to just make the door razor sharp to cut anyone stealing from them. Bastards…

    I just realized we look like fat asses in these of the ovens because on the old pic we have brownies and the other we have cinnamon rolls… haha…
