Okay… so the title is a bit of a lie.
I know I promised a sneak peek of my boudoir session with Jaime of Sweet Serendipity Photography in a previous post. I have been a little nervous to put any pictures up, but I feel it is important to show my fellow brides in the blog-o-sphere what the final product looks like. I’m not ashamed of any of the photos I have taken and like I said in a previous post, I didn’t take any photos I wouldn’t feel comfortable showing Gator Dad or Gator Mom. But… I sort of had a freak out today on whether I really wanted my grandparents to possibly see these photos (or the whole world wide web). In the end I’ve decided to take a cropped screen shot (so you can see my awesome hair and makeup, courtesy of Seminole Bridesmaid). I’ve also included some pictures of the other lovely ladies who also participated in last weekend’s Rockstar Boudoir Session with Jaime. I hope these will convince those who are on the edge of whether to do this, or not, to just DO IT! :-)

The makeup for this session was actually a sort of ‘test run’ for my wedding day look. I’m really happy with the makeup. It looks natural but still brings out my features. I originally wanted my hair up for our wedding but, after seeing these pictures I’m now leaning towards having my hair up for the ceremony and down for the reception. I didn’t realize how much I would love having my hair down, because I always wear my hair up. But I love it!
Check our some of the other ladies who particpated in the Rockstar Boudoir Session this past weekend (they are so brave!).↓
It’s always exciting for me to see the other girls from the weekend; what they wore, what poses they did, etc. I kept mine pretty mild. I really like how my pictures turned out. I wanted that classic feel and I’m so happy with what I got! Jaime is just amazing (I ♥ her) and so easy to work with. For all those brides/wives/girlfriends out there who are on the edge of whether they want to do a boudoir session or not, I say, DO IT! You will be so happy that you did. :-)
Jaime’s next session, I believe, will be in January 16th. Just in time for Valentine’s Day. ♥ Stay tuned to her boudoir blog for updates!
