I recently had the opportunity of accompanying a courageous friend to her boudoir shoot. Many brides choose to do a boudoir shoot before their wedding day, but my friend’s wedding day has come and gone, so she has chosen to give the photos as a gift for her husband (lucky him!).

Before I arrive at the moment when I tell you about how I found ‘the dress ♥,’ I feel a little back story on my search for ‘the one’ is important. As some of you know, Mr. Knight and I have been engaged for about 1 1/2 years. Throughout our long engagement I have scoured the internet and bridal magazines for wedding dresses, telling myself I was not allowed to try on any dresses until we hit the 1 year mark (till our wedding).

I'm a currently a Graduate Student at the University of Florida studying Architecture. I enjoy playing scrabble with my Fiance, making any drink which involves a blender, cleaning (yes..I'm crazy), design...GOOD design that is, the new Pepsi with natural sugar, taking pictures, discovering new places in the U.S., and obsessing over doing (and designing) everything myself (in regards to this huge family gathering which is our wedding in May 2010).
